Where are you located? Troy, MO

How long have you been tying jigs? I started tying in late 2015, just a few jigs here or there for myself. After sharing w/ friends and family and having some local success, I formally opened Kingdom Crappie Lures, LLC.

Do you tie as a business or hobby? Kingdom Crappie Lures is formally registered in the state of Missouri as a LLC. I pay all federal, state, and county taxes as required – including sales tax and federal excise tax.

What makes your jigs different from others? I’ve fished almost every color pattern I have on my site, so real life field testing is one thing. I take tremendous pride in my workmanship too, and won’t send out jigs that I wouldn’t fish with myself. My jig eyelets are clean, there’s no paint to clean out of them. And if run behind on orders, I WILL NOT cut corners just to get caught back up. Jig heads are powder coated and baked, and if the jig has eyes of any type they are sealed with UV resin and properly cured.

What is your shipping policy? We ship using USPS; when checking out you can select between first class or priority service. Any order that contains a case will default to Priority, and any order over $75 ships for free.

Do you have a refund policy? We fully stand behind our work! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason simply return it to us unused, and once received we will refund your purchase price plus original shipping cost. In the event there is any defect in material or workmanship (jig comes untied, etc) please reach out to us directly and we will take care of it!

Do you take custom orders? Absolutely! You can make additional product requests right on the product page in the “Special Requests” box. You can use this box for requests like “please make the tail shorter/longer” or “please use a #4 hook instead of #2” or even “please add more flash/no flash to the tail.” These requests go directly into the order and we will see it when processing. You can also visit the “Contact Us” page and drop us line there.

How long does it take to receive my product after ordering? On average, we ship out all orders within 2-4 weeks. Our store notice pop-up message will have the latest information on shipping times. All orders are tied on a first come, first served basis. If it looks like it is going to take longer than 4 weeks to ship we will reach out directly to you.
